Our Home-grown larch shiplap cladding providing a lovely finish. The amazing colour ages with beauty to easy on the eye silver with time. The 145mm x 19mm profile also provides an extremely heavy-duty cladding for all projects.
Larch has been known and used for years as one of the most durable softwoods available. It’s naturally rot-resistant will last many years. Being such a dense wood, the larch doesn’t need treatment but can be stained to keep it’s naturally red/pink colour. A great modern looking timber for all outdoor buildings, especially with outdoor offices or sheds.
A sustainable timber that is sourced in the UK very often In Devon! Largely reducing the carbon footprint.
The only real difference between Homegrown larch Cladding and Imported is Homegrown has a much more open grain, giving a more rustic appearance – that many customers actually prefer – starting with the usual red/brown colour and ‘silvering’ over time as it weathers.
